COMMISSION TOS

Thank you for your interest in commissioning me, your support means the world to me, by commissioning me you agree to my TOS

General
I have the right to refuse any commission without explaining the reason or stop at any time, you will be refunded if this were to happenAs the artist I have all rights to my work, including publishing work to socials and using it in portfoliosWhen publishing a commision, if the client wants to be tagged/mention please notify me as soon as possibleThe client must provide a clear reference of the character(s) they want drawnThe client will not receive a physical copy in the mail, these are digital commissionsThe client should notify me if there is a specific pose/expression they have in mind, if not, I will freestyleThe TOS may be modified at any time, If you have any questions please let me know! (DM me on VGEN)

Payment
All payment must be done in USD and paid upfront on VGEN onlyThe price listed is a starting price and may be charged up for more detailed characters, (+25% of the starting price) the client will be notified if this happenedIf payment is not made after 2 weeks of me contacting the client, the commission will be canceledMy prices are non-regotiableI currently do not do payment plans

Refunds
There will be no refunds or cancellations from the client once I begin the commission, refunds will only occur if I am unable to finish the commission

Revisions/communication
I will send the sketch, the lineart, the color, the shading all separately,The client may request if they want more progress check insClients are allowed to revise as many times as they please during the check ins but will not be able to revise previous green lit stages
If the client does not communicate within 2 weeks of me sending step progress, I will continue without approval

The client is welcome to message me through social media DMS but I will reply quicker on VGEN!

Deadline
Expect commission to be finished within two months once I recieve paymentClients can track their commissions through my trello

Use
My Commissions are Personal Use onlyOnce the commission is completed, the client is not allowed to alter my art in anywayIf the client plans on reuploading the commission, please credit meDo not use my artwork with or in association to any AI/NFTS/CRYPTO currency.Do not remove my watermark

PaymentI only accept Payment on Kofi, Vgen, and Paypal (will be sent through DMS)Buying an adopt from me is non refundablePlease do not bid and run (this will result in a block and blacklist)
I will reply to your comment (may dm) to confirm payment if I do not receive a response within 24 hours the adopt will be put back on salePayment must be sent within 48 hours after confirmation unless a hold is discussedI currently do not take payment plans

Holds
Holds are offered for payments over $40 USD onlyMax hold of 2 weeks, if needed, there is an extension of 1 week available which can be added onto the holdIf the client is unable to pay within 48 hours or is unable to pay within the disused hold period (max of 3 weeks, including extension), the adopt will be placed back on sale

Ownership
My designs are personal use onlyThe owner will get all rights to the adoptable and may modify the design as they pleaseThe owner has the right to sell/trade the character, with the same purchased price unless it has additional artworks of the adoptable(Toyhouse ONLY) please do not delete the original design image on the character’s profile(Toyhouse ONLY) Please do not keep my designs private. If you want them private, please add me to the Authorization List.
